Atyeo statue fund - Many ways to help

As you will know, the Trust is aiming to 'Raise a statue to Atyeo' outside the new stadium or at a redeveloped Ashton Gate to honour arguably City's greatest ever player, John Atyeo.

We are now pleased to offer a limited number* of donors to the statue fund a unique opportunity to have their name - or that of a relative or friend - engraved on the statue plinth.  And as an existing Trust member, you are entitled to this for FREE (Diamond members), with 50% OFF (Gold members) or 20% OFF (Red members).

(To book a space for a non-member see details here).

While the ultimate design will be decided in consultation with the sculptor nearer the time, the artist's impression below gives you an idea of what we have in mind (click the picture for a larger image).

Book of memories
To coincide with the unveiling of the statue we will also be bringing out a further book of fans' memories (not unlike our 'City 'Til I Die' book released this year).  The new book is likely to be a mix of memories of Ashton Gate and feature articles on John Atyeo, the man who graced the Ashton Gate pitch for City more often than any other (take up your entitlement here).

Names on the plinth and in the book
In addition to offering you the opportunity to get your name on the statue plinth as acknowledgement of your contribution towards its cost via your Trust membership, you also have the chance to get your name listed as one of the donors in the book.  In fact, the name need not be yours.  It could be something that you give as a present to a friend or relative.  With that in mind, you will also be able to add a short message of 10 or 20 words to appear in the book alongside the name (take up your FREE / discounted entitlement here).

Ideal present - Certificate too!
If you're thinking of giving a name on the statue plinth to someone as a present (one that will last a lifetime and more!), not only will the recipient get their name on the plinth and in the book, but also a certificate as a tangible gift to cherish in the meantime (click image to enlarge).
