OTIB Announcement

Following an approach from Bristol City Football Club, as of 1st February 2006 Bristol City Supporters Trust has agreed to take over the administration and moderation of the Official Fans Forum, heretofore and hereafter known as otib (one team in Bristol).

The Supporters Trust is delighted to announce this news. It amounts to recognition from the Club that the Trust is the most appropriate vehicle to represent the voice of the fans.

Supporters can access and post messages to otib in the same way as always at www.otib.co.uk.

Regular users of otib will be pleased to learn that few changes have been made to the site with which they are familiar. The AskSteveL forum has been removed by the Club at the request of Steve Lansdown himself. However, the Supporters Trust encourages otib members to e-mail any suggestions of how to improve on-line communication with Steve Lansdown on a regular basis.

Trust members have selected experienced moderators of upstanding character to ensure that the otib forum is maintained to the highest possible standards. It goes without saying that the moderators have each signed a confidentiality agreement to ensure that all sensitive data posted on the forum remains confidential.

Should you have any queries or questions on this or other Trust-related matters, please do not hesitate to contact the Trust via the forum, by e-mail (info@bristolcityst.org.uk), or by telephone (07810 441927). If you’d prefer to talk to us face to face, please visit our stand in the Dolman Exhibition Hall. We’re there before every home game, with membership forms aplenty!
