Using the familiar 60060 number also used for Man of the Match voting, fans can vote for the player of the year by sending in a text in the format CITY + POY + squad number, e.g. if City had a player with squad number 99 and you wanted to vote for them, you would text CITYPOY99.
For the young player of the year just add a ‘Y’, e.g. CITYYPOY99.
Texts cost 50p plus your standard SMS rate with all profits going to the Atyeo statue fund.
So, who do you reckon have been City’s player and young player of the year? Text CITYPOY or CITYYPOY and the squad number of the player you’d like to win now to 60060.
Closing date is 7th May. Please do not text after midnight on the 7th, as your votes will not count and you will be charged.
All votes received by 7th April via all channels will be added together and the winners announced at the End of Season Awards at Ashton Gate on May 13th.
